What we do

Memorial Day Observance

Post 343 places small flags on Veteran graves for Memorial Day as well as fly larger flags in the cemetery to bring awareness to Veteran’s that made the ultimate sacrifice.

Honor Guard Funeral Services

Post No. 343’s Honor Guard Team conducts Military Honors for Veteran Funerals, this includes a Gun Salute by a rifle squad and the playing of “Taps” by a bugler.

Missouri Boys and Girls State

Post No. 343 sends qualifying candidates from Morgan County R-1 School to Boys and Girls State once a year.  Applications are decided upon at January meetings of the Legion and Auxillary.
